For parents and grown-ups

Our email signup, contact form and shop are for adults. Children can play the website’s games without entering a name or email address. Please do not send children’s personal information through our forms.

Mailing list and activity pack

If you sign up, we send your email address to MailerLite to manage the mailing list and send Liana’s World songs, activities and news. The activity pack becomes available after signup is accepted. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. If signup fails, our form service Web3Forms may forward your request to our team so we can help; this does not mean the subscription succeeded.

Messages and orders

Contact requests are delivered through Web3Forms. We use the contact information and message you provide to respond. Stripe processes payments and collects the checkout details needed for payment and delivery, such as your email and shipping address. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout, not in our website’s code.

Website services and media

Cloudflare hosts this website and handles network information needed to deliver and protect it. Embedded YouTube and Spotify players, Google-hosted fonts and externally hosted video thumbnails make connections to their providers. These services may receive your IP address and browser information and apply their own cookie or storage practices. A link to another site opens a service with its own privacy practices.

Provider information: Cloudflare, Google and YouTube, Spotify, MailerLite, Web3Forms and Stripe.

Information stored on your device

The site uses browser storage for the cart, activity-pack access, saved drawings, game progress, scores, sound preferences and whether the book introduction has been dismissed. Clearing this website’s data in your browser removes these saved settings and creations. The games do not send drawings or game scores to Liana’s World.

Questions, access and deletion

A parent or grown-up can email lianasworld425@gmail.com to ask about information submitted to the site, unsubscribe, or request deletion. Include enough information for us to locate your request, but do not include a child’s private details. Some order records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
